On average, we get 30,000+ thoughts a day. From the first moment of waking until we go to sleep, we are generally thinking about something. These thoughts might include everyday logistics to more complex, deeper cogitations, including negative and positive thoughts about past, present or future. These random thoughts, particularly the unpleasant thoughts, can have a lingering impact on our mood, productivity, focus, state of mind, often leaving us in lingering distress.
With this brain waves soundtrack, there is a way to “TURN OFF” and escape the constant thinking process to gain moments of peace and mental clarity. With regular practice, these moments of silence can be elongated so that you can become more productive and focused for what’s more important in life.
Designed to enhance the Coherent-Brain Meditation experience, and to help you achieve coherence and synchronize Left & Right Brain Hemispheres (meditation steps listed below). Through concentrated listening on the bell as it fades to silence, your mind is effortlessly guided to a natural state of inner silence.
Scientifically proven, when you listen to sound with a certain frequency, your brain waves synchronize with that frequency and stimulate the brain into a specific intended state.
The embedded frequencies underlying this gentle Tibetan soundtrack is set of harmonic gamma synchrony. This is arranged to have a volume that is heard completely as the music track moves into silent places. This will be beneficial for supporting gamma synchrony in the brain and increasing the normal resting state gamma synchrony. Two most prominent harmonics oscillate with a low delta frequency of 0.5 Hertz, and at a delta frequency of 4 Hertz. Much like the effect of binaural beats, these oscillations are deeply relaxing and help to guide your brainwave activity into a state of deep meditation. The timing of the bell-strikes is essential part of this track. Each time the bell is struck, it rings for about 40 seconds. Gradually the gap between each bell-strike is increased, allowing you to experience longer and longer moments of complete silence. This designing gradually trains the mind to become more and more attuned to a state of silence.

Understanding Types of Brain Waves and Associated Benefits
The human brain is a fascinating machine. It’s constantly performing processes like thinking, exercising, remembering, working, problem solving, reading, concentrating etc. During such activities, the brain cells are constantly communicating with each other via electrical signals, and this communication produces patterns called brain waves. Brain waves can be slow or fast in frequency and can be measured using Electroencephalography (EEG), and Magnetoencephalography (MEG).
Delta Brain Waves
The slowest brain waves, ranging from 1 to 4 Hertz. The brain produces delta waves when a person is relaxed in deep sleep. These waves are crucial for the body to rejuvenate, heal & restore during sleep.
Theta Brain Waves
Ranging from 4 to 8 Hertz. Theta waves are seen in connection with creativity, intuition, daydreaming, relaxation, and low alertness. It reflects the state between wakefulness and sleep and relates to the subconscious mind.
Alpha Brain Waves
Ranging from 8 to 12 Hertz. Alpha waves are produced when a person is awake, but the mind is in a resting, calm, yet alert state. Alpha waves dominate during moments of quiet thought and meditative states and help during activities that require overall mental coordination, learning, and mind/body integration.
Beta Brain Waves
Ranging from 12 to 38 hertz, beta waves are most dominant pattern in the normal waking state, when attention is directed at cognitive tasks and carrying out everyday activities. It occurs when you’re awake, alert, busy, focused, complex thinking, performing activities, problem solving, decision making, or excited and anxious, or experiencing something new.
Gamma Brain Waves
Gamma waves are the fastest brain waves, ranging from 30 to 80-100 hertz. Mainly occurring when a person is highly alert and conscious. Also associated with higher levels of consciousness. High gamma activity is correlated with excellent memory, high IQ, compassion, and happiness.
INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend you use good quality stereo headphones only, however, if need be, you may play this track on speakers. Do not compress the soundtrack.
Listen to this soundtrack as daily practice with or without the guided Coherent-Brain mediation technique. You may do this once or few times a day. Find a comfortable spot and sit in an alert position with neck and back straight yet relaxed. Avoid sitting on your bed, as for the brain, bed is symbolically a place where you sleep rather than become alert or active.
The embedded frequencies are not audible to human ear. The music which you can hear is placed to give you a pleasant feeling, however, it is the underlying frequencies that support the intended results. When you bring the soundtrack into daily practice, you will notice remarkable shift in inner silence, mental clarity, calmness, increased energy level, uplifted mood with balanced emotions, and increased level of focus.
