Speed Reading is a skill where the processing power of the brain is increased so that the written information is grasped faster and in larger quantity, compared to one- word-at-a-time old-school method of reading.
The brain wave frequencies in this soundtrack help increase the processing power of your brain. You can listen to this soundtrack before and during speed reading practice where speedy processing and comprehension of written information is required.
If you are a speed reader, follow the beat of the music, start with processing one line per beat, then one paragraph per beat, and as you build your skills, one page per beat, and so on. If you are not a speed reader, you may listen to this soundtrack while performing any reading task, as these frequencies will enhance your reading experience and comprehension abilities.
Scientifically proven, when you listen to sound with a certain frequency, your brain waves synchronize with that frequency and stimulate the brain into a specific intended state.
The embedded frequencies underlying this African beat begins with gentle alpha relaxation and focus. Then, lower frequencies are added. There is support moving to lower theta and then lower delta expansion. At the same time higher frequencies of Beta; and then, Gamma is added. This wide range of frequencies support expands of awareness from the central place of alpha relaxation in a gradual and powerfully supported expansion in awareness and performance, to be used as preparation for reading; or, during the reading itself.

Understanding Types of Brain Waves and Associated Benefits
‌The human brain is a fascinating machine. It’s constantly performing processes like thinking, remembering, working, problem solving, reading, concentrating etc. During such activities, the brain cells are constantly communicating with each other via electrical signals, and this communication produces patterns called brain waves. Brain waves can be slow or fast in frequency and can be measured using Electroencephalography (EEG), and Magnetoencephalography (MEG).
Delta Brain Waves
The slowest brain waves, ranging from 1 to 4 Hertz. The brain produces delta waves when a person is relaxed in deep sleep. These waves are crucial for the body to rejuvenate, heal & restore during sleep.
Theta Brain Waves
Ranging from 4 to 8 Hertz. Theta waves are seen in connection with creativity, intuition, daydreaming, relaxation, and low alertness. It reflects the state between wakefulness and sleep and relates to the subconscious mind.
Alpha Brain Waves
Ranging from 8 to 12 Hertz. Alpha waves are produced when a person is awake, but the mind is in a resting, calm, yet alert state. Alpha waves dominate during moments of quiet thought and meditative states and help during activities that require overall mental coordination, learning, and mind/body integration.
Beta Brain Waves
Ranging from 12 to 38 hertz, beta waves are most dominant pattern in the normal waking state, when attention is directed at cognitive tasks and carrying out everyday activities. It occurs when you’re awake, alert, busy, focused, complex thinking, performing activities, problem solving, decision making, or excited and anxious, or experiencing something new.
 Gamma Brain Waves
Gamma waves are the fastest brain waves, ranging from 30 to 80-100 hertz. Mainly occurring when a person is highly alert and conscious. Also associated with higher levels of consciousness. High gamma activity is correlated with excellent memory, high IQ, compassion, and happiness.

INSTRUCTIONS:
We recommend you use good quality stereo headphones only, however, if need be, you may play this track on speakers.
Do not compress the soundtrack. Listen to this soundtrack as daily practice while getting ready to read and/or during reading.
The embedded frequencies are not audible to human ear. The music which you can hear is placed to give you a pleasant feeling, however, it is the underlying frequencies that support the intended results. When you bring the soundtrack into daily practice, you will notice remarkable shift, you will read faster, understand more, and improve efficiency, reading memory, comprehension, and concentration.
